Some of my reactions as I read chapter 9... I'll come back later to talk more seriously about things. Please feel free to read along with me and share your reactions and start some discussions, but please NOTHING that happens after Chapter 9. And only read this if you've finished Chapter 9!
Yep, she's allowed to be mad at Gale. But I love that he knows her well enough that he can tell right away that she knows. But he should have told her.District 12 again. That Hanging Tree song? Creepy! I do not want to live in Suzanne Collins' mind. Creep. Y.
Gale only gets attention when he's in pain. He called that one right. She's got wounded bird syndrome.
Uuuuunnnnnhhhhh, Peeta! What are they doing to him?? I just need to find out so my imagination stops.
And the spatter of blood? Eeep!
But maybe this will get things going a bit more... I can't handle the anticipation while they do the propaganda.
