Some of my reactions as I read chapter 2... I'll come back later to talk more seriously about things. Please feel free to read along with me and share your reactions and start some discussions, but please NOTHING that happens after Chapter 2. And only read this if you've finished Chapter 2!

And ooooh... some cheek touching for the Gale fans...
Ahhh! Countered immediately by the Peeta tv screen touching. Thank goodness he's ok. Aw, see?... To murder innocent people costs you everything you are. While I may be a Gale fan, sometimes I think that Peeta might be the mouthpiece for a lot of the most important things being said in these books. Interesting to see his Haymitch mistrust mirroring Katniss'... so did he really not know the plan? I could never decide.
Nononono... Peeta's not a traitor! grumble... disctrict 13... grumble. He's with President freaking Snow! Do you think he's got a choice here?
Oops... Gale firmly back in friendship slot. UhOh
