Some of my reactions as I read chapter 19... I'll come back later to talk more seriously about things. Please feel free to read along with me and share your reactions and start some discussions, but please NOTHING that happens after Chapter 19. And only read this if you've finished Chapter 19!
I like Boggs, but I find myself wondering why he was on her side so quickly. He's been supportive and kind and funny.... is he for real? (Dang, I have trust issues)Of course Gale knows what Katniss has planned.
Right again, Haymitch. If positions were reversed Peeta would be his normal do anything for her he can. That's why we like Katniss. She reacts the way us real live folks would.
I love how we keep getting the sweet callbacks to the earlier books so we don't just dismiss Peeta as a jerk now. The favorite color.
Don't know why I find real/not real so very amusing. But I do.
Aw man, Darius and Lavinia. This is not easy. And I had a vague hope we'd learn Lavinia's story at some point. Can't have everything.
Gasp! Boggs! (OK, so apparently I should have trusted him.)
